Menu Planning

Ian is able to sit down with you and create menus for you. When it’s a banquet for 300 or a dinner party for 10 or canapes for 1000. We will meet your needs and requirements whatever your occasion is. Ian has prepared and planned menus on a 60 meters crane and feeding the homeless wherever he finds them. Ian has cooked for the rich, the famous, the poor and they are all the same to him.
